Success Stories

We measure our success in actual lives changed. These stories are a testament to the difference that communities can make when we come together to create lasting change.

Bomb Dog

The Foundation is happy and excited to support and work with the "Bomb Dog."  You will find the Bomb Dog set-up in the Slumberland parking lot in Hayward, WI. Please stop by, say hello, and grab a delicious menu item. They serve hot dogs, brats, gyros (both beef and chicken) and more. YUM! Congratulations, and we are looking forward to working with the new owners in this new adventure! We know they will do great!

Check them out on Facebook for more details, events, and much more!

VFV Client #1

Our first participants in our Vehicles for Vocations program received her car in August 2017. Before receiving her car, she was walking to and from work and paying for a taxi to get to doctor's appointments. Now, she is working in a better job and is able to get around much more easily. Not only has the vehicle helped her become more independent, but she also uses the car to help others in need get to important locations such as the doctor's office.

We are so excited to see the change a vehicle can make in someone's life!

VFV Client #2

One of our participants in our Vehicles for Vocations program is now just one class away from receiving her GED. She has kept in contact with the Foundation, and we are excited to journey with her through her last test.

Keep up the good work!
