NCCM Transformation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by NCCM Company located in River Falls, Wisconsin. We believe in improving the quality of life for others while transforming communities and nations. We run three programs: Vehicles for Vocations, Entrepreneurship Projects and Partnerships in which we partner and donate to various like organizations that we believe are making a difference in individuals’ lives.

4th Annual Lew Niccum Fundraiser
August 6th, 2023

Our Focus

The NCCM Transformation Foundation sponsors a number of global and local outreaches designed to serve those in need. These individuals and organizations range from local food pantries to outreaches half-way around the world.

Education

Education and training help enhance the development of basic life skills, personal competence and skills related to all aspects of life careers.

Partnerships

Whether it be education, food, faith or other resources, we are here to help make a difference in individuals lives.

Community

It takes an entire community to change lives. Once that community is formed, anything can be achieved.
