3rd Annual Golf Memorial Tournament
This golf tournament is our effort to provide a way for family, friends, and those in our community to meet for a fun day of fellowship in Lew's memory and raise awareness of heart health wellness. Funds raised will offset this tournament's expenses, and all remaining funds will go towards Lew's daughters' college fund and heart health awareness programs.
Top 3 teams Prizes
- A week stay for 10 at Niccum Bay, a beautiful cabin, on Lake Sissabagama in Stone Lake, WI. Along with a round of golf for 4 at two great golf courses in the area.
- Maddens Golf Package in Brainard, MN. This is a three day, two night stay for 4 people.
- Cash Prize $500.00
